By downloading, installing, or using the Robin mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Robin App ("Robin," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Robin is a mobile productivity application that helps users manage daily tasks and calendar events. The App features voice command capabilities and a friendly bird assistant. Robin is available for use with or without an account.

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including calendar events, tasks, and notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the App with an account, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, and content (excluding user-created content), is owned by Robin App and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your account data, calendar events, and tasks will be permanently removed from our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the App, other users, or our interests.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robin App and its developers, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robin App and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The App uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Your use of the App is also subject to Supabase's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
